2. When silica gel products are manufactured, there is internal wind, maintain a certain time, maintain a uniform number of vulcanization, maintain a certain temperature of the mold, and you can use an air gun to blow the mold to dissipate heat;
3. The product appears outsourcing wind, the vulcanization time is extended, the temperature is raised, and the die pad is replaced;

Third, mold caused by poor products:
1, mold sticky impurities caused by adverse phenomena, you can use kerosene to wipe the mold with cloth;
2, the mold is bruised, with different degrees of sandblasting machine to choose different sand for spraying;
3, silica gel mold sticking phenomenon, spray stripping water to keep the product normal stripping, long-term spraying will lead to mold fog surface, so normal spraying can be;
Four, the machine trapped gas problem:
Room temperature vulcanized silica gel trapped gas will cause a lot of confusion in production, mainly related to the mold, so the mold design should consider the problem of exhaust:
1. Exhaust frequency is not enough;
2. Room temperature vulcanized silica gel mold is unreasonable, and exhaust tank is added;
3. Secondary exhaust for appropriate products;
4. Spray a small amount of release agent.
