Silicone rubber based polymer and food grade silicone

Silica gel is a highly active adsorption material, usually generated by the reaction of sodium silicate and sulfuric acid, with high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging and other excellent characteristics.


Silicone rubber base polymer is the basis of silicone rubber production and one of the main factors affecting product performance.


At present, the silicone rubber base polymers commonly used in the market are: methyl vinyl diphenyl methane (MMA), phenyl glycidyl ether (DOP) and polyurethane.


1. Methylvinyldiphenyl methane


Methylvinyldiphenyl methane is an organic compound with more hydrogen functional groups. Its structural formula is:


At high temperatures, the substance will decompose a large amount of H2 and O2, thus playing a role in reducing the temperature, so it is often used to make high temperature adhesives.


Because it contains more unsaturated double bonds, the molecular weight is larger, generally greater than 1 million, so it is also called large molecular weight polyolefin.

Benzoates include: o-dimethoxyphenol-formaldehyde resin, m-dimethoxyphenol-formaldehyde resin, p-methoxycinnamate ethyl acetate resin, m-methoxyphenol-p-chlorocinnamate ethyl acetate copolymer, m-trimethoxyphenol-p-chlorocinnamate ethyl acetate resin, o-trifluoroacetone, zinc tetrafluoride, sodium hexamitrite.

Alcohols are mainly composed of methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, butanol, n-butanol, secondary butanol, tert-butanol, cyclopentanone, cyclohexanone, octyl, Nonyl, decane, 11-carbon aliphatic binary base, 16-carbon aliphatic monobasic base, 18-carbon aliphatic ternary base, 19 carbonate, 20 carbonate, 21 carbonate, twenty-two carbonate, twenty-three carbonate, twenty-four carbon dioxide.


4, polyamide, polyhydrazine, polyacrylonitrile


Polyamide, polyhydrazine, polyacrylonitrile belong to synthetic polymers, of which nylon 66, nylon 610, nylon content is higher, and nylon heat resistance, cold resistance, mechanical strength, electrical insulation performance, and dimensional stability are better, and the price is relatively low, so it is widely used in industry.
